Embemould® - Metallfeedstocks "ready to mould"

We have poured our knowledge and experience into the development of our feedstocks, which we market under the Embemould® brand.

Even technology newcomers can quickly master the use of Embemould-Feedstocks. You specify the component geometry and material – we supply you with the process-ready moulding compound.

Embemould-Feedstocks are not only easy to mould – debinding is also simple to achieve. Just use a bath of water or ethanol – a solvent made from renewable natural resources.

We have also created a schematic system to make it easier for you to locate a suitable product: we have grouped together the key selection criteria, from the material itself to the individual process steps required. To find out more, please go to our Embemould® Feedstockfinder.

If you can't locate a suitable feedstock in our standard product range, we will be happy to develop a laboratory-scale, custom feedstock to suit your application. eMBe can provide support for any process, whether injection moulding, debinding or sintering. All steps in the process can be tested and optimized in our laboratory.
